The Law Offices of John Wesley Hall, Jr., has a state-wide practice in virtually all areas of criminal defense:

  • Crimes of violence, such as homicide, including capital murder
  • Internet and computer crimes, including internet stalking and internet “predator” cases
  • White collar and financial crimes
  • National security, alleged terrorism, and war crimes
  • Cases involving search and seizure and invasion of privacy issues because of Hall’s expertise in search and seizure law as noted in Hall’s Books
  • Post-conviction proceedings in state and federal courts
  • Parole and probation revocations


    We primarily handle felony cases in federal and state courts, but we do handle many misdemeanor cases as well.
    We also handle a select number of civil rights cases related to criminal justice or privacy issues.
