Numerous arrests and indictments in Arkansas drug rings

According to the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas, law enforcement authorities arrested 15 people on Oct. 23 after 49 indictments were handed down for allegations of participation in major drug rings in the state. Three large drug rings were targeted by undercover officers, including the Monterrio Fuller, Desmond Kelley, and Clifton Williams drug trafficking organizations.

Three individuals, one of whom is believed to be a ranking member of the white nationalist Aryan Brotherhood organization, were arrested for alleged drug trafficking in Garland County, according to local sources. Arkansas authorities have charged the trio with drug crimes following the execution of a search warrant of a couple's residence and the third woman's vehicle. These arrests come at the end of a months-long investigation into their alleged activities.

A police officer in Marion is facing serious charges following a months-long investigation into his alleged illegal activities. The man voluntarily surrendered to Arkansas law enforcement. The officer, a lieutenant in the Marion Police Department, faces charges of drug crimes, including possession of a controlled substance. 

Arkansas man charged with alleged drug crimes

Police in Little Rock have announced the arrest of a man believed to have been involved in drugs. The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office has confirmed the arrest of the 47-year-old Arkansas man, who is facing charges for drug crimes. He was due in court on Feb. 1 and remained in police county without bond prior to the court date. 

Arkansas football player accused of gun, drug crimes

A college football player in Fayetteville is facing a number of serious charges in Washington County, according to local sources. The 21-year-old University of Arkansas player is facing charges of alleged gun and drug crimes. If he is found guilty, he could face jail time, which could jeopardize any future career in professional sports he may have had.

Arkansas man arrested for alleged drug crimes

A routine traffic stop has ended in the arrest of a 52-year-old man for alleged drug-related activities, according to reports out of Hot Springs. Arkansas police apprehended the man, who is now charged with drug crimes as well as several other felony charges. If he is found guilty, he could face up to life in prison. He was slated to first appear in court on Jan. 7.
