According to Arkansas police, they believe the boy was a member of a rival gang known for committing violent crimes. He has been charged with felony assault and is expected to face his charges as an adult. His criminal defense team will be vital in representing his interests, especially in this case.

A woman in Gilmore is in legal trouble following an alleged encounter on a school bus, according to local sources. The woman, who is married to the small Arkansas town's mayor, is facing charges for violent crimes, including second-degree battery. So far, no court date has been announced.

Despite the nature of the violent crimes the man allegedly committed, he is entitled to face his charges in a criminal court.

After the apparent shooting death of a woman in Searcy County, a man is in custody and has been charged. The 30-year-old man is now facing murder charges after being implicated in the death of the 26-year-old woman, according to Arkansas authorities. As with many suspects in violent crimes, the man is being held by police ahead of a court date.

A 25-year-old man is facing serious charges following the death of an 18-month-old girl. Arkansas medical examiners have claimed the toddler, who was the daughter of the man's girlfriend, was a violent crimes victim. If he is found guilty of the criminal charges, he could spend years in prison. 

Violent crimes: Man in Arkansas accused of homicide

A man accused of murdering his wife and their unborn child has been charged, according to local authorities. Arkansas police have apprehended the 40-year-old Newport man, who stands accused of the Nov. 2017 murder that also resulted in the death of the fetus. He was charged on Jan. 18 and was set to make his first court appearance the following day to face the accusations of violent crimes.

Violent crimes: 2 Arkansas women face attempted murder charges

Two women in Little Rock have been charged with attempted capital murder following an alleged attack on New Year's Day. Police in Sherwood, Arkansas, arrested the two women, and they are now being held at Pulaski County Jail in advance of a trial date. As with most violent crimes, this incident is being thoroughly investigated by local police.

Violent crimes: Man accused of murder in Arkansas

Police have arrested a man in Monticello following an attack they believe killed a local woman. Arkansas authorities apprehended the 28-year-old man, who now faces a charge of first-degree murder in the death of a 32-year-old female Monticello resident. As with most suspected violent crimes, the body has been remanded to the medical examiner to determine the exact cause of death in advance of criminal court proceedings.
